The area of the body that is becoming more and more important to keep strong and fit, at least according to training experts is the core area. Maintaining a functionally strong core will help in many other areas of physical fitness, such as keeping a proper posture and being able to conduct everyday movements easier and safer, such as lifting light objects and bending.
