Green vegetables have been known to be high in Vitamin C (an antioxidant), which is extremely beneficial to human biology. With so much distraction on unhealthy eating habits, which are influenced by laziness, misinformation, and convenience, people are constantly deceived of how to sustain a proper, healthy diet, often at the cost of their health.
