I sometimes hear from folks who are interested in Nutrisystem but who aren't quite sure how the diet works. Many are under the assumption that they will have to provide at least some of their own meals. And because they really want the diet to work for them and to be as effective as it can possibly be, they have begun to research what they might eat outside this diet and still not sabotage their results. So, they are often looking for meal ideas or recipes that are compatible with this. I might hear someone say: "I plan on starting Nutrisystem next month. I am very serious about staying on the diet and getting the results that I want. But I am not really skilled at cooking healthful meals. I don't want to do everything right while on the diet and eating the diet foods and then messing everything up when I try to cook my own meals. Should I be researching recipes prior to going on this diet?"
