By making small changes over a long term will make it easier to reach your goals. The key is to stay with your program and give it a chance to work. Implement the program a little at a time so that you do not feel deprived and then want to quite. Little changes will make a big difference 6 months down the road. By that time you would have made a lifestyle change and be on the road to a successful and healthy life.
